Terms
These terms explain how you may access and use the TradeLock MVP. Please read them carefully before using the site or product.
Who operates TradeLock
TradeLock is currently operated by its founder and small team. There is no registered company yet, so references to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the people building and running TradeLock at this stage.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your access to tradelock.co, related subdomains, and any dashboards, APIs, or communications we make available. If you keep using TradeLock after reading this page, you accept these terms.
Access and account security
You must only access TradeLock using your own credentials and keep them secure. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for actions taken through your account until the credentials are reset or access is revoked.
Acceptable use
Please use TradeLock lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to copy, decompile, probe, or overload the service; do not share security credentials; and do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may investigate misuse and cooperate with relevant authorities where required.
Early-stage product
TradeLock is an MVP/beta product. Features may change quickly, we may take the service offline without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or data retention. Please plan accordingly and avoid relying on the service as your only system of record.
Suspension or removal
We may suspend, limit, or remove access if needed for maintenance, security, legal reasons, or suspected misuse. We will try to give notice where practical but may act immediately if the situation warrants it.
Intellectual property
All TradeLock software, branding, and content remain owned by the TradeLock team. Using the product does not grant you rights to reproduce or create derivative works, aside from what is necessary to use the service as intended. You retain rights to any data or content you upload.
Third-party services
We rely on infrastructure, hosting, communications, and other service providers to deliver the product. Their terms may apply when you interact with their components. We choose providers we believe are trustworthy but cannot guarantee their performance.
Liability
TradeLock is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot legally exclude, such as for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product changes, new features, or legal requirements. We will post the updated date at the top of the page. If the changes are material we will try to give additional notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms and any disputes or claims (whether contractual or non-contractual) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
